Ag Hall of Fame Dinner
For over 16 years the National Ag Science Center has been recognizing the accomplishments of the individuals, families and companies who work daily to make California the nation’s leading agricultural state. In December, nominations are solicited and reviewed by a committee which makes recommendations to the National Ag Science Center Board of Directors for the next year’s inductee. Nominees are evaluated based on industry representation, leadership, technological impact.
Each November, the agricultural community gathers at a gala dinner to honor the new inductee into the Ag Hall of Fame. Proceeds from the event support the National Ag Science Center and its educational programs. This glamorous evening features a video presentation highlighting the history of the newest member of the Ag Hall of Fame and much-anticipated oral and silent auctions. Photographs of the Ag Hall of Fame members are hung in a gallery at the Stanislaus County Ag Hall of Fame. This year we will be honoring Ed Rocha & Rocha’s Valley Enterprises at our Annual Hall of Fame Dinner on November 14th, 2013.
